Your work deserves a private home.
Privacy notice · Updated September 8, 2026.
Who operates the service
BoostYard LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States, operates theSaaSGame.com. Legal mailing address: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. Contact hello@ieslamyoussef.com about this notice or your information.
What we collect and why
We use your account email, display name, sign-in information, and preferences to provide access and operate your account. We store projects, mission notes, evidence links and private attachments, revenue observations, saved tool results, bookmarks, and guide conversations so you can continue your work across visits.
Operational records include payment-provider references, access status, account actions, delivery status, and limited service logs used to resolve errors, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
Private work and group posts
Your projects, notes, evidence, and revenue are private to your account. Joining a group shares your display name and the contributions you deliberately post on that group’s board. It does not automatically share private evidence. Other members may keep information you choose to share, so avoid posting customer identities or confidential material.
The owner reviews reported group content and manages account restrictions. The editorial and support screens do not expose ordinary members’ private project evidence. Authorized service operators can access infrastructure when necessary to operate, secure, or support the service.
The contextual guide
When you ask the guide a question, we send your question, relevant details from the selected project and mission, a few recent messages, and selected library context to Google’s model service. Do not include credentials or sensitive customer information. Generated replies are stored with that project, and you can export them. The guide cannot access another member’s private workspace.
Contextual AI workflows also use your explicitly accepted project decisions and constraints, selected notes and reviewed references. Private attachments are sent to Google’s model only when you select their inclusion for that request. File transcriptions are model-extracted and should be checked against the original. Generated drafts, edits and accepted memory are private, retained for your reading/export after membership expiry, and removed through account deletion. You can inspect, edit or remove project memory at any time. Operational generation logs contain workflow, model, latency, token counts and outcome, not your prompts or evidence text.
Service providers
Google Cloud and Firebase provide hosting, storage, authentication, and model inference. Stripe processes payments and billing. Resend delivers service emails when email delivery is activated. These providers process information needed to perform their services and may process it outside your country. Their terms and privacy information apply to their services: Google Cloud, Stripe, and Resend.
Browser storage and email choices
We use a secure session cookie and Firebase browser storage for sign-in. Local browser storage remembers your selected project and unsaved tool result. These support the service; V1 does not include advertising trackers. Optional progress digests and deadline reminders can be turned off in account settings. Essential account or payment messages may still be necessary.
Retention, export, and deletion
Your workspace remains available while you keep your account, including read and export access after membership expires. Account settings provide a structured export. When you request deletion, the cleanup worker removes your private workspace and sign-in account in batches, and removes the content and identity from your group contributions. Backup copies may persist until their normal retention period ends. Limited payment and security records may be retained where needed for legal requirements, disputes, fraud prevention, and service integrity.
Your choices and rights
You can correct your display name and preferences, export your own work, and request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or to complain to an appropriate authority. Contact us to exercise a right or ask about the relevant processing basis. We may need to verify your identity.
Changes
We will update the date on this notice when practices change and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
