The service and operator

BoostYard LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States, operates theSaaSGame.com. Legal mailing address: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. Contact hello@ieslamyoussef.com. The service provides founder research, planning tools, timed missions, group collaboration, and contextual generated guidance. Use it only if you can legally enter this agreement.

Your account and work

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and use one account per person. You retain your rights in the work you submit. You permit us to process and store it to provide the service, including sharing contributions you deliberately post to a group and sending the relevant context to the guide when you use it.

Free and paid access

A free account includes one project, one starter mission, selected library content, and the free tools. Membership includes all nine levels, the full library, up to 20 independent projects, group quests, and 200 AI actions per month across projects, shared by workflow results and guide replies. Both billing intervals include the same features. Unused AI actions do not roll over, and using the allowance does not trigger automatic extra charges.

Price, renewal, and cancellation

Membership costs $29 per month or $249 per year in USD. Annual membership is billed upfront. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval unless canceled before renewal. Cancel through the billing portal in account settings. Access normally continues through the paid period, after which your own work remains available to read and export.

To change billing interval, cancel renewal and select the new interval after the current paid period ends. V1 does not apply mid-cycle plan changes or prorations. If a renewal fails, existing members receive up to three days of grace after the last paid-through date to update payment. An unpaid initial purchase does not grant membership.

Refunds and disputes

The first purchase has a 14-day refund window. Request review through your account or contact support. A confirmed full refund ends the refunded access. Partial refunds are handled individually and do not automatically revoke access. A payment dispute may suspend the access associated with that payment while it is resolved. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Research and outcomes

Published profiles summarize sources and include editorial interpretation. Reported revenue is attributed, dated, and not independently audited unless explicitly stated. Opportunity briefs are hypotheses, not validated demand. Mission completion and revenue milestones are self-reported; they do not prove product-market fit or guarantee business results. The guide can make mistakes. Evaluate its suggestions and verify relevant claims before acting.

Fair use and community conduct

Do not harass members, post unlawful material, expose another person’s confidential information, impersonate someone, abuse the service, bypass access controls, or bulk scrape and redistribute the paid library. You may use the research and tools to build your own business, but membership does not grant redistribution rights to the library or third-party source material.

We may hide reported content or restrict accounts for abuse, security, or serious breaches of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Your group contributions are visible to current group members; private project evidence is not automatically shared.

Availability, account closure, and changes

We work to keep the service useful and available, but interruptions and changes can occur. Export important work periodically. Account settings provide deletion controls; end active billing before closing the account. We will communicate material changes to paid features or pricing before they apply to a renewal where required.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about a service or billing concern. See the privacy notice for how account and project information is handled.
