Include the page you were using, what you expected, and what happened. For a source correction, include the resource title and a link to the original evidence. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or private customer records.

Membership and refunds

Use account settings to manage billing, request a refund review, export your work, and control reminders. Your first purchase has a 14-day refund window, subject to applicable requirements.

Community concerns

Use the report control on a group contribution. The owner can review the reported content and act on abuse. Your private project evidence is not included in group reports.

Security reports

Email the same address with “Security report” in the subject. Describe the affected feature without accessing another person’s information or disrupting the service.
